Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days within the U.S. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
Tracking Your Order:
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel good about what you order—but we understand sometimes things change.
Return Window:
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products (such as skincare or supplements) cannot be returned.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to reflect on your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
